Complete room remodeling and renovation to transform the existing space into a clean, comfortable, updated, and functional area. The project will begin with an on-site inspection and detailed assessment of the room’s current condition, including the walls, ceiling, flooring, doors, windows, trim, electrical components, lighting, ventilation, and any visible signs of water damage, mold, structural deterioration, or other necessary repairs. The work area will be protected before construction begins. Furniture, personal belongings, and removable fixtures will be relocated or covered, while floors, adjacent rooms, doorways, and high-traffic areas will be protected from dust, debris, paint, and accidental damage. Existing materials, fixtures, hardware, damaged finishes, and other items designated for removal will be carefully dismantled and disposed of properly. Wall and ceiling surfaces will be inspected and repaired as needed. Work may include removing loose or damaged drywall, patching holes, repairing cracks, replacing deteriorated sections, securing loose materials, correcting minor surface imperfections, and preparing all surfaces for a smooth finished appearance. Transitions, thresholds, reducers, quarter-round, shoe molding, and other necessary finishing pieces will be installed to create a clean connection between the remodeled room and adjacent areas. Baseboards, casing, crown molding, chair rails, and other trim components may be repaired, replaced, or newly installed. Trim will be measured, cut, fitted, secured, caulked, filled, sanded, and painted or stained as appropriate. Special attention will be given to corners, joints, door openings, floor transitions, and areas where trim meets walls or ceilings to ensure a neat and finished appearance. Doors and hardware may be updated as part of the remodel. Work may include adjusting existing doors, repairing frames, replacing damaged slabs, installing new interior doors, replacing hinges, installing knobs or levers, adding door stops, and correcting alignment or clearance issues. Door frames and surrounding surfaces will be repaired and finished as needed to provide smooth operation and a consistent appearance. Lighting and electrical components may be upgraded or replaced where included in the project scope. This may include installing new light fixtures, ceiling fans, switches, dimmers, outlets, cover plates, or other approved electrical accessories. Throughout the remodeling process, the work area will be maintained in an orderly and safe condition. Construction debris, packaging, dust, and removed materials will be collected regularly. At the completion of the project, protective coverings will be removed, floors and surfaces will be cleaned, excess materials will be cleared, and the room will be inspected for visible defects, incomplete details, or necessary touch-ups.
